Sizes and Thicknesses
Thickness: Garbage bags are generally around 20 microns, while courier bags range from 50 microns to 80 microns. The thickness varies depending on the bag’s intended use, requiring precise customization.
Sizes: From 11.5 x 35 cm to 63 x 70 cm. From small dog bags to large industrial bags, we can produce to your needs.

- Consultation (1 business day): We'll arrange for a professional to contact you based on your needs.
- Proposal & Quote (2 business days): We'll provide you with a product quote based on your design and requirements.
- Design & Prototyping (3-5 days): After your design is confirmed, our factory will produce and prototype the product. Once the physical product is manufactured, it will be mailed to you for verification. You only need to pay the production and delivery fees.
- Mass Production (7-15 days): After sample confirmation, we'll arrange for mass production.
- Quality Control: Professional quality inspectors conduct quality inspections throughout the entire process, from raw material procurement to finished product production.
- Logistics & Delivery: Once qualified, the product will be packaged. We can assist with international logistics (FOB, CIF, or DDP terms available).

Raw Material Selection: The cost of different materials, such as PLA and PBAT, can lead to price differences. Our professionals will recommend the most cost-effective product based on your needs.
Order Quantity: Orders exceeding our MOQ can reduce our production costs and make our prices more competitive.
Thickness and Size: The thickness and size of the bag directly determine the material usage per product and significantly impact the cost.
Printing Complexity: The number of colors and coverage will affect the printing fee and production costs. The price of a single-color logo will also differ from that of an eight-color full-color design.
