1. Raw material preparation
PLA (polylactic acid) and PBAT (polybutylene adipate terephthalate), both from trusted global suppliers.
2. Mixing and extrusion
The resins are mixed according to custom recipes, fed into advanced extruders, and melt-molded into biodegradable film rolls.
3. Film cooling and rewinding
The extruded film is quickly cooled, flattened and rewound into large rolls to ensure consistency in texture, durability and quality.
4. Bag making
The film rolls are conveyed to the automated bag making machine for cutting, sealing and molding to finally make finished bags. 🎨 Printing (if required): We provide flexographic printing services, using environmentally friendly inks to print customized logos and patterns.
5. Quality inspection
Strength and sealing tests, biodegradability and compostability verification, dimensional accuracy inspection, visual inspection
6. Packaging and delivery
